When I click the "Start Course" or "Return
to Course" button a new window opens but I can't see
all of it. |

A:
This is the Course window and when it opens if it's not
already full size, you will need to maximize it to view
the entire page.

What are the two arrows at the top of the New Student
Orientation page?

A:
The 2 arrows that point
left and right underneath the page numbers allows you to
go forward (right) and backward (left) within the course.
Click on the arrow that points to the right to go to the
next page.

I have AOL and cannot see all of the forms and graphics
when accessing the system. |

A:
Logon to AOL, then minimize
the screen. Click on the blue "e"
icon or go to Start, Programs and access Internet Explorer.
In the Address line, type in http://www.reynoldseauto.com
which will take you to the ReynoldseAuto.com home page where
you can sign in and access your Learning Center. |

When I try to log in I get an error message that says my
User ID or Password are invalid. |

Call Dixon Hughes University at 877-DLR-CPAS for User ID
and Password verification. |
